A licensed Realtor since 1995, Mike Dunfee has sold hundreds of homes. He handled his first REO property in 1998, and is now a member of REOMAC and a REO Representative for Countrywide Home Loans. He regularly takes educational courses and attends seminars on the marketing and sale of bank owned homes to stay current with the market. Mike earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from California State University at Long Beach. He is a member of CAR, NAR and Loopnet.

A Transaction Coordinator, Alex Beltran has been part of the Mike Dunfee Group for the past five years. She is bilingual and has a background in advertising and property management. Beltran is well versed in all aspects of Real Estate, and assists with weekly inspections and reporting.

A licensed Realtor, Charlotte Keith brings her experience working in both corporate law and real estate offices to her role with the Mike Dunfee Group. She has owned and managed a landscaping and maintenance company. Keith coordinates cleaning and repairs, obtains bids, assists with monthly reporting and weekly inspections, and handles BPO preparation.

A licensed Realtor, Heather Castner brings an extensive advertising and marketing background to the Mike Dunfee Group. Castner earned her degree at CSUF, majoring in broadcast journalism and communications. Castner assists with copy writing, marketing planning and coordinating all marketing materials and advertising campaigns for the group.

A graphic designer and production artist, Eric Pieper brings creativity and intimate knowledge of design applications to the Mike Dunfee Group. His background includes over 3 years of design work at an ad agency. He earned his degree at CSULB with a degree in graphic design and advertising. Pieper designs all marketing collateral, advertisements and presentations for the group.

As a licensed real estate broker, Ms. Hohnbaum serves in business development for DOMA Properties, Inc. Among her professional accomplishments, she managed multiple agents' sales and marketing portfolios, comprised of new, resale, and REO property sales in excess of 50M.
